Placing an order

All custom orders are begun as soon as the order is placed. please give about a week for creation as we make each and every stitch with care.

if you prefer to talk through an over the phone order or use cashapp please feel free to call.

Delivery

Delivery is done through easyship and i will give you the tracking number for your order upon creation of your shipping label.

Returns & refunds

Products with defects or errors from making the product will happily remade upon receiving the original item or refund your money for the item.
